My name is Nadia and I’m a wellness guide. I work with midlife people who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, isolated and have a desire for change, but are not really sure where or how to begin. Together we can create nurturing habits to help you live a healthier and more fulfilling life.
I would love to help you reach sustainable health through consistent daily actions and find what works for YOU. There is no one-size-fits-all approach as everyone is going through their own challenges. We are constantly met with stressors and overwhelm throughout each day and we need to find a healthy way to live with this constant imbalance in life.

I offer a safe, supportive space for you to better manage stress and overwhelm, work on habit changes, work through those feelings of being trapped, alone and helpless, lack of motivation, as well as creating positive and healthier habits to allow you to live a better life.
The benefits of taking a holistic approach to healing is that we look at the person as a whole. We look at the mind, body and soul, and we can not work on the one without it having an effect on the other. I am not here to give you advice or tell you what you should do, but instead, to guide you to discover what power and wisdom you have inside of you. Although you might not realise it, you most likely have everything you need within.
I can also guide you in making better food choices and improving the health of your gut, as well as creating a strong sense of self-awareness and self-compassion... something everyone can do with a little more of.
