The Stress-to-Rest Method
​
This is a 7 week program with weekly one-on-one sessions. Learn to combat stress, avoid burnout and manage your time, to be able to free up a few extra hours per week to do the things you love. We are partners on this journey to better wellbeing and you will leave the program feeling more equipped for life’s ups and downs.
